Scores are computed from the answers respondents provide and reflect those answers, not an independent audit of any organisation. Peer benchmarks are drawn from respondent cohorts or, while measured cohorts are small, from a clearly labelled modelled baseline; published aggregate statistics count only confirmed respondents who consented to anonymised analysis, and cohorts smaller than eight are never shown. We compile all of this with reasonable care but make no warranty that any score, comparison, or finding is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your purposes.
